Creative Artists of Tennessee is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering diverse artists across the state in music, visual arts, culinary arts, performance, and more. Founded by Dr. Lyn Norris Hayes to address the lack of resources for minority artists, CATs today continues to nurture creativity, provide professional opportunities, and connect talent with the broader community.

Our STAR Campaign is a fundraising initiative that gives our creatives direct support. Sponsors select a STAR and contribute toward their specific goals like studio time, brand development, mentorship, or launch opportunities. Sponsors can follow their progress and stay connected to their creative journey. 70% of all funds go directly to the artist's goal, while 30% helps cover the cost of programs and services we provide.
